Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

An RMA (Return Authorization) must be obtained before returning
Seasonal Items
Seasonal items are not eligible for return after the relevant holiday or season has passed.
Returns for seasonal merchandise will only be accepted if:

The return request is made before the applicable holiday or season, and

The item meets all standard return requirements listed above
Any return requests submitted after the holiday or season has ended will not be accepted.

Refunds
